I find it a lot easier when I stick to keto macros.
Switched to alternate day fasting 3x a week… Tuesday and Thursday I do a fat coffee in the morning, nothing else and Sunday salt/water fast.
M-W-F I do a fat coffee in the morning and a keto lunch and dinner. Usually a salad for lunch.
Saturday I only have dinner, but loosen up on the macros. It makes Sunday harder, but nice to look forward to Saturday dinner.
It’s an adjustment mainly so I can have dinner with family a few days a week but still get the dating hours. OMAD was to hard with family, as my preference was to only have lunch.
